Villas

There are six types of villas Bunga, Bundar, Brani, Buka, Buka Kecil and BaganBagas.  A villa in conformity with your own design is also one of the possibilities. The villas have a special design: a mix of Balinese architecture and Western comfort demands. Furthermore, all types can be adjusted to your own individual wishes.

What makes the villas special is the fact that there are no additional costs (except for the construction of a swimming pool). The purchase price includes notary costs, costs for connection to the electricity and water mains, garden lay-out and so on. The villas are surrendered on a platter; this means air conditioning in all bedrooms and the entire design such as furniture, fabrics, lighting and kitchen design.

Should you want a pool, then this will be constructed by a specialized company. The costs for an entirely tiled pool may vary, dependent on the size and the design. Most buyers opt for an overflow swimming pool; this means that you overlook the sea from your own swimming pool.
