More information about the villas
The prices of our complete villas with plot and swimming pool start from approximately 190000 Euros, dependent on the available plots at that time. You can check the availability of plots under the header “Projects”. About 4 to 6 villas are realized per project. Right now, we build about 10 to 15 each year.
Purchasing course in short:
- You choose a certain type of villa and a plot that suits the size of the villa. You can also build a villa in accordance with your own design.
- As soon as the villa and plot have been chosen, we will calculate the total price and write this down in a contract. You pay 40% of the total asking price. When choosing the right villa and plot, our Dutch on-site salesman will help you. He can show you all the different types and possibilities.
- You determine when the construction will start. When the construction starts, 15% of the total asking price needs to be paid. It takes about 7 months to build the villa and you are informed by e-mail (and pictures) during the construction. This way, you exactly know how the building process is going. If you have any questions or if you want to change something, you can always contact our Dutch on-site counselor.
- After 2 to 3 months, when the construction climax is reached, another 40% of the total asking price needs to be paid.
- If you are completely happy with the villa, 5% of the total will have to be paid about 2 weeks after completion. One year after completion, the villa will be inspected and possible imperfections will be fixed.
Quality
Durable materials are used for the construction: stainless steel, ironmongery, tropical hardwood for the doors and window frames and ceramic floor tiles. The construction is very solid and the finishing is very good, due to the manual work.
Villa interiors:
Our clients mostly look for furniture themselves. We deliver the villas with bamboo furniture, meant for sleeping and sitting the first days, this furniture can be replaced by furniture of your own choice later on. All bedrooms in the villas have air conditioning.
Matters such as kitchen, tiling (inside and outside) and bathroom design are thoroughly discussed with you. We have an extensive choice:
Swimming pools:
We have several standard sizes for swimming pools, such as:
5 m. x 9 m
5 m. x 10 m
5 m. x 12 m
5 m. x 18 m
But a Jacuzzi or swimming pool made in accordance with your own design is also possible of course.
